Monsters & Prototypes

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage sample confirmation before mass production. Our standard sample lead time is 7 days after design approval and color confirmation. Samples allow you to verify size, color, logo placement, material feel, and surface texture before committing to full production.
What is the sample production process?
Our sample production follows these steps: Color matching → Dispensing → Drying logo → Injected liquid → Vacuum → Oven molding → Demolding → Inspection → Packing. Each step is monitored to ensure the sample accurately represents what will be produced at scale.
Is there a charge for samples?
Sample fees depend on whether we use an existing mold or need to develop a new one. If your design fits our existing mold library, sample costs are significantly reduced. New mold development will incur a mold fee. Please contact us with your specifications for an accurate quote. The design sketch service is free of charge.
Do you offer a design sketch service if I don't have artwork?
Yes. We provide a free 24-hour design sketch service for clients who don't have ready design files. Simply provide your logo, brand colors, and desired dimensions. Our team will prepare a design sketch for your review and approval before moving to sample production.

Productie & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per design per color. This applies to most product types including Bar Mats, Kappermatten, and Tool Mats. If you're using an existing mold from our library, the MOQ threshold is easier to achieve. Contact us for specific requirements related to your project.
What are the lead times for mass production?
Mass production lead time is typically 20-30 days after mold preparation and sample approval. Sample production takes approximately 7 days. Lead times may vary based on order volume, product complexity, and current production schedule. We recommend planning ahead, especially for seasonal campaigns.
What quality control steps are in place during production?
We apply a multi-stage QC process: incoming material inspection to verify raw material quality, sample confirmation before mass production begins, production per approved artwork to ensure consistency, and a final inspection before shipment to confirm every unit meets the agreed specification.
Do you support repeat orders and ongoing supply?
Absolutely. We are structured for long-term partnerships. Once your product is approved and your mold is on file, repeat orders are faster and simpler. We maintain a stable supply chain and provide ongoing production support for your product lines without requiring you to restart the development process.

Customization & Design

What customization options are available?
We offer comprehensive customization including: custom sizes and shapes, logo and private-label injection, exact color matching, surface texture options (smooth, ribbed, anti-slip patterns), functional structures (afvoerkanalen, magnetische positionering, heat-resistant grades), and custom packaging and accessories. Production can be based on your provided artwork and specifications.
Can you produce mats with special functional structures?
Yes. We specialize in functional mat design. Our structural capabilities include anti-slip surfaces, afvoerkanalen for bar and wet environments, magnetische positionering for tool mats, and heat-resistant grades for barber and salon applications. These are engineered at the mold and material level.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept most standard design formats including AI, PDF, EPS, CDR, and high-resolution PNG/JPG. Vector files are preferred for logo accuracy. If you only have a low-resolution logo or no design files at all, our team can redraw or create a design sketch for you at no extra cost.
Can I use your existing mold library to reduce development costs?
Yes. We maintain a large library of existing molds covering a wide range of standard shapes and sizes. Using an existing mold eliminates mold development fees and shortens lead times. You can still apply your own logo, colors, and surface customization. Contact us with your dimensions and we'll confirm mold availability.

Materialen & Quality

What materials do you work with?
We produce mats in multiple materials: PVC (most common for bar and promotional mats), siliconen (heat-resistant, food-safe options), rubber (heavy-duty industrial and anti-slip use), and non-woven fabric (for softer surface applications). We can advise on the best material based on your use case and durability requirements.
Are your PVC mats food-safe or suitable for bar use?
Our bar mat formulations use commercial-grade PVC designed for wet, high-contact bar environments. They are resistant to liquids, easy to clean, and built for repeated daily use. For clients requiring specific compliance certifications (e.g., REACH, RoHS, FDA), please inform us during the inquiry stage so we can source the appropriate material grade.
How durable are the mats in commercial environments?
All our products are engineered specifically for demanding commercial environments -- bars, barbershops, woonkamers, and workshops. Material selection, thickness, and surface treatment are calibrated for durability. Logo injection is embedded into the mat structure, not a surface print, which means it resists wear and fading under regular use.
Can you match a specific Pantone color for our brand?
Yes. We offer exact color matching based on Pantone references or physical color samples. Color matching is performed during the sample stage and confirmed before mass production begins. This ensures brand color consistency across all units in your order.

Eco-Friendly Options

Do you offer environmentally friendly or sustainable mat options?
Yes. We can produce mats using recycled PVC or natural rubber formulations for clients with sustainability requirements. Non-woven material options are also available as a lower-impact alternative for certain applications. Please discuss your eco requirements with us during the inquiry stage and we'll recommend the most suitable material.
Can your products comply with REACH or RoHS standards?
We can source materials that meet REACH, RoHS, and other regulatory standards upon request. If your target market (EU, US, etc.) requires specific compliance documentation or third-party testing, please inform us at the project start. We can coordinate material certification and testing to meet your market's requirements.
Is eco-friendly packaging available?
Yes. We support custom packaging including kraft paper, recycled cardboard, and biodegradable polybag options. Packaging can be customized with your branding. If sustainability is a key brand value, we can align the entire product and packaging solution to reflect that positioning.

How does the OEM/ODM ordering process work?
Our standard process: (1) You provide your logo and dimensions. (2) We create a free design sketch within 24 uur. (3) You review and approve the design. (4) We produce a prototype/sample (7 days). (5) You approve the sample. (6) Mass production begins following mold preparation (20-30 days). (7) Final inspection and shipment.
Do you work with retail customers or only B2B clients?
We are a dedicated B2B OEM/ODM manufacturer. We do not engage in retail or traditional wholesale business. Our clients are brand owners, importers, distributors, procurement managers, and private-label companies who require custom product development and commercial-scale production.

What shipping and logistics support do you provide?
We ship globally from our Dongguan, Guangdong facility. We can arrange export documentation, packing lists, and coordinate with freight forwarders. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW) are negotiated per order. For clients managing their own logistics, we provide all necessary export paperwork and coordinate handover at the agreed point.
