Paul Ho

For more than 11 years, Paul has been designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing custom mats for brands around the world.

He was part of one of the earliest teams to develop and mass-produce custom barber mats -- a category that's now a staple in salons globally -- and since then has worked on thousands of OEM and ODM projects across PVC, gomma, silicone, and non-woven materials.

His work spans the full product lifecycle: from the first design sketch and material selection, through prototyping and compliance testing, all the way to final inspection and shipment. If a mat has been made, David has probably had his hands in it at some stage.

He's constantly curious about how things are made -- a mindset that keeps him sharp after more than a decade in manufacturing. After 11 years, he's still learning something new with every project.
