Client Context
Customer Background
A U.S.-based brand approached us to create a custom PVC bar mat featuring its logo. The customer needed a practical mat for everyday bar use while maintaining strong brand visibility through a clean black, white and orange design.
Engineering Response
Challenges & Solutions
After confirming the dimensions and PVC material, we recommended a practical thickness suitable for everyday bar service.
We also suggested a raised dot texture to help contain spills and support regular countertop use. Based on the customer’s logo, we prepared a product rendering for approval before starting the mold and sample production.
The customer received the sample within seven days and approved an initial order for 10,000 pieces. Six months later, the customer returned with a repeat order for 30,000 pieces and an upgraded packaging requirement. After production and quality inspection, we coordinated delivery to the customer’s packaging partner in China, where the mats were packed together with the custom packaging.
